A judge ruled that the most recent addition of the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) is unconstitutional. This is a huge victory to every American. The recent addition could give the military the ability to arrest anyone they please due to the vague language written in the bill. The judge gave the strongest ruling possible allowing us to have a strong case against Obama if they try to appeal.
