President Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan has ordered a manhunt for the members of the Taliban who participated in the brutal execution of a woman, of which they posted a video that is spreading. Apparently the woman was involved with two of the officers, and was killed because of a dispute between the two. They justified this by accusing the woman of adultery to save face. Violence against women is frighteningly common in Afghanistan.With the 2014 withdrawal of UN troops, this show of violence against women in Afghanistan is very disturbing.
