Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper's popularity seems to be falling with the scientists of Canada this week. Nuclear scientists and engineers have begun protesting at nuclear energy sites in Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. The Society of Professional Engineers and Associates (SPEA).
